1 3/4 c Flour
2 tb Grated Romano cheese
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Red pepper
1/4 ts Salt
2/3 c Nonfat buttermilk
2 tb Vegetable oil
Butter flavored Pam
Combine flour, cheese, baking powder, red pepper and salt. Mix in
combined buttermilk and oil until just blended.
Knead 3 or 4 times on a lightly floured surface; roll our 1/2" thick.
Cut with a 1 1/2" biscuit cutter. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet
and spray lightly with Pam.
Bake in a preheated 400F. oven 15 minutes.
