Biscuits ( Drop - Joann Rachor ) Recipe

 


1 c Warm water
1 tb SWEETENER
1 tb Yeast
1 2/3 c Whole wheat flour
2/3 c Cornmeal
3/4 ts Salt
1/2 c NUTS OR SEEDS
1/2 c Water

Combine water, sweetener and yeast and let stand 5-8 minutes until
yeast bubbles. Blend nuts or seeds in blender with water until
smooth. Stir together wel all ingredients. Drop by large spoonfuls
onto oiled cookie sheet. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 350F for 30-35
minutes.
Makes 15.
