3 Egg whites
1 ts Brown sugar substitute
1/8 c Margarine, reduced-calorie
2 c All-purpose flour
1 cn Evaporated skim milk
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Imitation vanilla butter
-- nut flavoring
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Dry granola cereal

Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, egg, brown sugar substitute
and margarine. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 1 min,
or until the mixture turns light yellow. Add the next 6 ingredients
and mix well. Stir in the granola.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick vegetabke cooking spray. Using a
small ice cream scoop, drop scoops of dough onto the baking sheet
about 1 inch apart. Bake for 15 mins, or until the biscuits are
lightly browned. Makes 18 biscuits.
