And it goes something like this: Put cut up chicken in a medium
sized pot. Cover about 1/2 way with soy sauce. Add a bit of vinegar
(maybe about 1/3 the amount of soy sauce). Add about 4 -5 cloves of
crushed garlic. Add about a teaspoon of sugar and a few dashes of
pepper. Cover and simmer for about 30 min. Stirring once in a while.
Keep tasting the sauce because the sauce is the absolute most
important thing in the dish. You might even want to put a little bit
of oregano in it. Serve over rice.
