4 x Chicken breast,cooked *
8 x Green onions,sliced 1 in.pcs
1 c Bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 c Mushrooms, quartered
2 c Bean sprouts
1 c Water
Salt, Pepper, and other
Seasonings to taste
* Chicken is to be boned and skinned.
Place Bell pepper, mushrooms, and sprouts in teflon skillet with
water. Simmer 5 minutes and add the chicken, seasonings and green
onion. Cook until chicken is heated and vegetables are tender-crisp.
Good for a lunch, using leftovers too.
