Chicken Dijon Recipe

1 1/4 lb Boneless skinless chicken
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Plus 2 ts margarine, melted
1 tb Plus 2 ts dijon mustard
1/8 ts Garlic powder
2 ts Dried parsley
1/2 ts Dried rosemary, crumbled
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Thyme

Preheat oven to 359.
Place chicken in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a
nonstick cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and spread
over chicken.
Cover and bake 30 minutes.
Remove cover, baste chicken and bake another 30 minutes.

chol., 247 calories
