1 lb Livers, chicken
3 tb Mustard, Dijon
12 sl Bacon; cut in half
1/2 c Cracker crumbs
Dip chicken livers lightly in mustard. Wrap a half slice of bacon
around each, and secure with a toothpick; coat livers with crumbs.
Place in a 8" square baking dish; bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
