2 cn White chicken meat
12 oz Can of evaporated milk
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 sm Onion, chopped
1 lb Box of vermicelli noodles
16 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil noodles. In a 13x9 baking dish, slightly greased, add noodles,
chicken, evaporated milk, soup, onion, salt, and pepper. Add 1/2 of
the cheese; mix up well. Add rest of cheese over mixture. Bake,
uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with hot
homemade bread.
