Chinese Chicken Livers Recipe

1 lb Chicken livers
2 tb Honey
1 tb Soy sauce
1 tb White wine
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 Or 2 cloves minced garlic

Wash chicken livers and pat dry. Combine other ingredients, adding oil
last. Marinate livers in the honey mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for
15 to 20 minutes. I usally turn the livers about half way.
