6 Boneless chicken breasts-
Halved and skinned
1 pk Taco seasoning mix (1 1/4oz)
3 tb Fresh lime juice
2 tb Vegetable oil
12 Taco shells
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Arrange in shallow dish. Combine taco
seasoning, lime juice and oil; pour over chicken. Cover and marinate
in refrigerator 2 hours.
Grill chicken breasts over medium coals 15-18 minutes or until
tender, turning once. OR Broil 4-5" from heat 12-15 minutes, turning
Heat taco shells according to package directions. Slice chicken
into strips. Spoon chicken into taco shells; serve with toppers.
