Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe


1 pk Chicken Pieces (at least 10
-pieces)
1 tb Margarine
1 c Honey
1/2 c Prepared Mustard
1 ts Salt
1 ts Curry

Remove skin from chicken. Melt margarine and mix with remaining
ingredients. Place chicken in a single layer in an oven-proof dish.
Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 250ø for approximately two hours.
Recipe can easily be halved. This is very simple, inexpensive and
delicious!
