6 Chicken Thighs
2 tb Oil
1 md Onion, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1/4 ts Dried Thai Chile, Crushed
1 ts Cumin, Ground
1 ts Coriander, Ground
1/2 ts Turmeric
2 tb Soy Sauce
Lime Wedges
Brown chicken in oil. Add the remaining ingredients in the order
listed. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or
until the chicken is tender. Serve with lime wedges.
