2 c Bread crumbs
1 ts Nature's Seasonings or Spike
1 ts Onion herb mixture
1 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts White pepper
1/2 ts Celery salt
2 Egg whites; lightly beaten
1 c Nonfat yogurt
3 lb Chicken pieces; skinless,
;defatted (thighs, legs, &
;breasts)
1 c Flour
Nonfat margarine spray
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine bread crumbs with spices.
Combine egg whites with yogurt. Roll chicken pieces in flour, then
in yogurt, then in bread crumbs, coating thoroughly. Put chicken in
a shallow baking dish. Spray chicken very lightly with margarine and
bake for 35-40 minutes, or until crisp. Nutritional: Serving size 6
1/2 ounces. Servings per recipe 8.
