Rosemary Lemon Chicken Recipe


4 lg Chicken Breasts
1/2 c Lemon Juice
1 ts Grated Lemon Peel
2 tb Honey
2 tb Vegetable Oil
2 tb Fresh Rosemary,, Chopped

Marinate the chicken in the rest of the ingredients for 30 minutes to
several hours. Cover and bake at 375F for 30 minutes, remove cover
and bake for another 20 minutes. This recipe is for chicken breasts
that still have the bone in. If you use chicken breast fillets
reduce the baking time to 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
