1/4 c Chili sauce
2 Green onions; thinly sliced
1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and
-chopped
1 cl Garlic; halved
1 tb Oil
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Chicken broth; or water
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Allspice
2 1/2 lb Chicken pieces; meaty
For sauce, in a small mixing bowl combine chili sauce, green onions,
pepper, garlic, oil, lemon juice, chicken broth, salt, ginger and
allspice. Remove skin from chicken, if desired. Rinse chicken; pat
dry. Preheat gas grill. Place chicken, bone side up, on grill rack
over medium heat. Cover and grill for 35 to 45 minutes (or 50 to 60
for indirect heating), turning once halfway through. Brush with
sauce frequently the last 10 minutes of grilling. 308 calories and
