1 c Bread crumbs
1/2 c Flour
2 ts Onion powder
2 ts Dried minced celery
2 ts Poultry seasoning
1 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Cayenne
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper

Mix and store in sealed container. Stores in pantry 1-4 mos. 6 mos
frozen.
