Whisky Chicken Recipe

4 Chicken portions
2 oz Butter
Salt and pepper
75 ml Whisky
200 ml Single cream
8 Slices Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400'F. Melt butter in pan. Wipe chicken
portions,season and fry until browned on all sides. Transfer to
shallow, ovenproof dish. Bake for 30 mins. Remove from oven and pour
over whisky. Pour cream around chicken and top with cheese slices.
Return to oven for 20 mins until cheese has melted.
