2 lb Round steak
1/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 Medium onions, sliced
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
1 ts Curry powder
1 ts Molasses
1/2 ts Ginger
1 c Water
1 c Sour cream
2 tb Horseradish sauce
Cut round steak into cubes. Coat with mixture of flour, salt and
pepper. Brown cubes in small amount of vegetable or peanut oil.
Put into a crockpot. Add onions, Worch. Sauce, curry, molasses,
ginger and water. Slow cook 6 hours.
Just before serving add sour cream mixed with horseradish.
I usually serve this over boiled brown rice, with peas and a cottage
cheese pear salad.
