Cheesecake ( Amanda's Almond ) Recipe

4 Eggs -- beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Almond extract

TOPPING: 1 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together
well eggs and cream cheese. Add sugar and extract. Beat until smooth.
Pour into greased 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients. Spread Serve 8 to 10.
