1 lb OREOS, crushed
1 c ALMONDS, chopped
5 tb BUTTER
Mix and press into bottom
-and sides of a 10-inch
-springform
Pan. Chill or bake for 8
-minutes at 350-degrees.
CAKE
32 oz CREAM CHEESE, softened in
-microwave for
2 Minutes
1 c SUGAR
5 Jumbo EGGS, warmed in
-microwave for 25 seconds
(REMOVE THE SHELL FIRST!)
1/4 c CORNSTARCH
1/2 c WHIPPING CREAM
1/3 c AMARETTO
1 ts VANILLA
