Cheesecake ( Easy Lemon ) Recipe

 


1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Butter or margarine --
Melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese --
Softened
1 (21 oz.) can Comstock lemon
Pie filling

In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press into 8 inch
square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 minutes. Chill. In medium bowl,
beat cheese until fluffy. Add pie filling gradually, beating well
after each addition. Spread over crust. Chill 4-6 hours or until
firm. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 9 servings.
