Cheesecake ( Honey ) Recipe

 


16 oz Cream cheese, softened
2 Eggs
1 c Sour cream
2 ts Cornstarch
1/3 c Honey
2 Egg yolks
1 tb Grated lemon peel
--crust--
1 1/4 c Flour
1/2 c Walnuts, ground
1 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Honey
1/3 c Butter, melted

Blended cream cheese with honey until smooth. Beat in eggs and egg
yolks. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Turn into
prepared crust and bake 300 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Drizzle
with additional honey over top of cheesecake.
Crust: Combine flour, round walnuts and cinnamon. Add honey and
melted butter. Mix well. Press into 8" springform pan. Bake at 375
degrees for 15 minutes.
