2 pk (8 oz ea) Piladelphia Brand
- Cream Cheese; softened
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
4 oz Baker's German's Sweet
- Chocolate; melted &
- slightly cooled
1 Ready-to-use Chocolate
- flavor crum crust (9 in)
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium
speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Remove 1 cup
batter; stir melted chocolate into this batter.
2. Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with plain batter.
3. Bake at 350øfor 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Note: Substitute 3 squares Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate for Sweet
Chocolate, if desired.
