1 8" graham cracker crust,
-unbaked
1 lb Tofu,
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/3 c Honey or syrup
1/4 c Oil
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Unbleached white flour
1 ts Vanilla
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend all ingredients except the crust in a food
processor until smooth and creamy. Pour into the
unbaked pie shell and bake for about 45 minutes or
until cracks start to form around the edge of the
filling.
