A quick tuna dip recipe to go
with raw vegetables, crackers, rye bread, etc. Parmesan cheese adds
extra zip to this recipe!
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix
Combine all ingredients, cover
and chill. Serve with raw vegetables, or crackers, or party rye bread.
