1 c Catsup
1 c Water
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
1 tb Celery seeds
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
Tobasco sauce
Mix ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Use as a basting sauce for BBQ ribs and serve remainder in individual
dishes as a dipping sauce for ribs. 2 1/4 cups
