1/3 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Pickling spice
2 c Light soy sauce
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/2 c Water
Onion powder
Garlic, Minced
Tabasco sauce
Pepper
1 1/2 c Dry White Wine
Instructions:
Fillet fish. Mix all ingredients and marinade fish with skin side up.
Cook on grill skin side down.
