2 c Sifted all-purpose flour
3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Acceptable vegetable oil
2/3 c Skim milk
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together into a mixing bowl. Set
aside.
Pour oil and milk into a measuring cup but do not stir. Add all at
once to flour mixture. Stir quickly with a fork until dough clings
together.
Knead dough lightly about 10 times.
Place dough on a 12x16 piece of wzx pepper. Pat dough out until it is
about 1/2-inch thick. Cut with an unfloured, medium-size cookie
cutter.
Place biscuitws on an ungreased cooking sheet and bake 12-15 minutes.
