2 lb Hamburger
1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
2 (30 oz.) cans or 4 (15 1/2
-oz.) cans chili beans
-Chili powder to taste
-Diced onion to taste
Preparation : Brown hamburger in skillet with onions.
Drain grease and add to pot of tomato juice, beans and
chili powder. Simmer covered for about 30 to 45
minutes. Serve topped with chunks of colby or
colby-Jack cheese to melt in, for extra flavor. From:
