1/2 c Apple cider
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Green onion, sliced
2 tb Butter
2 tb A-1 (tm) Steak Sauce
2 tb Honey
1 ts Salt
1 ts Tarragon, dried, crushed
1/4 ts Pepper
In saucepan combine cider, vinegar, green onion butter, steak sauce,
honey, salt, tarragon and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes
stirring occasionally.
Use to baste fish or poultry during last 15 minutes of grilling.
Heat and pass remaining sauce.
