5 oz Worcestershire Sauce; 1 bt.
2 c Water
1 c Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 c Lemon Juice
1/4 c Vegetable Oil
1/4 c Brown Sugar; Firmly Packed
2 ts Salt
1 ts Garlic Salt
1/2 ts Black Pepper; Ground
Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to the
boiling point. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10
minutes. Cool and pour into a tightly covered container. This sauce
will keep, refrigerated, for several weeks. Use for chicken,
hamburgers or steak.
Makes 4 cups of sauce
